As a principle in a renowned school of tri-city, she came across many students who had calibre but no support to continue their education due to various reasons such as a loss of parents or a lack of funds.
She adopted around eight girl students and provides for education and total upkeep of the students. She has been associated with charitable activities like marriage of girls of poor families and providing medical facilities to the needy.
She was awarded the Sarla Chapra Memorial Award for her contribution in the field of education. She is also the author of eight books for children that are prescribed for various classes up to Standard VII in reputed schools.
She started the SUAS Educational Foundation NGO in 2008 to support the education of those students as students are future of this nation. Her goal is to provide them good education and make them good citizens.
